Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our Lexington service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

You'll learn on-the-job with a focus on safety and customer service, working in a fast-paced shop. Excellent pay with overtime opportunities and weekly commission incentives are available to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
