Job summary

Tire Discounters in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role provides training aimed at helping you build skills for more advanced positions within our growing shop.

You will learn to install tires, balance wheels, complete work orders, keep the shop organized, and deliver friendly, value-driven service. Saturday availability and physical stamina are required; overtime and weekly commission opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have a service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
