Job summary

Tire Discounters in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Advance Tire Technician. You'll replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles while gaining hands-on training to build skills for more advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, keep the shop organized, assist customers, and promote safety. This role offers $15.00–$17.00 per hour, overtime consider, and a monthly store bonus, with Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and hazards.
• Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour plus store bonus.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
