Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training designed to grow your skills.

You will work with shop equipment, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, productive environment. Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime opportunities and weekly pay, reflecting a family-owned culture that values people and safety.

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 75 lbs).
Availability to work Saturdays.

Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks

Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
