Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair and rotate tires on customer vehicles. The role includes hands-on training to develop skills for more advanced positions within our service-driven organization.

You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused shop environment, performing tire-related tasks, maintaining equipment, and delivering a WOW customer experience. This entry-to-mid level position offers growth through defined career paths and paid training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
