Job summary

Tire Discounters in Decatur, AL is seeking an Advance Tire Technician responsible for replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role includes training to prepare for more advanced positions.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, maintain the shop, assist customers and teammates, and deliver a WOW customer experience while following safety guidelines.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
