Job summary

Tire Discounters in Grove City, OH is hiring an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires. You'll receive hands-on training and grow toward more advanced roles.

You will install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, maintain shop and equipment, assist customers and co-workers as needed, and deliver outstanding service while promoting a safe, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
