Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire and service retailer, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Georgetown, KY. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training designed to prepare you for more advanced roles.

Key duties include tire installation and repair, operating balancers and tire machines, completing work orders, keeping the shop organized, assisting customers and coworkers, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
