Qualifications

• Ability to communicate information clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of basic math concepts and statistics.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift 35 lbs daily.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DVMs or general test equipment.
• Proficient PC/MAC user (Excel/Word).
• Willing to be cross-trained in other production areas.
• Awareness of safety procedures; ISO 9000 and cGMP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Performs instrument optimization after final assembly.
• Performs final production testing and inspection.
• Analyzes test results and determines root cause.
• Replaces or repairs defective components and documents findings.
• Maintains DHR documentation and metrics reviews.
• Collaborates with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot.
