• Associate’s degree in computer science, electrical/electronics engineering/technology or related field of study; or technical degree/certificate, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• 4+? years of relevant work experience (for some roles) as described in the posting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs troubleshooting, system testing, take corrective actions, and produce required documentation.
• Works to gain expert knowledge of various telecommunications and IT systems, related equipment, and business processes; provide cross-training when required.
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
• Perform advanced to expert level installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications/IT related equipment and software.
• Perform advanced level troubleshooting and system testing, and produce required documentation.
• Focus on learning and advancing present levels of competency in multiple Telecom and IT technologies.
• Manage small/intermediate level field projects; understand business unit and customer requirements.
• Assist in adjusting resource demands as required.
• Perform required entries into database and record keeping systems for work and asset tracking.
