Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products, headquartered in Orangeburg, South Carolina, seeks an experienced electrical/electronics professional to develop control, data collection, and signal processing systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, and sensors, ensure proper operation of new equipment, and train maintenance staff to service critical components. Strong communication and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical/electronics field.
• Strong process control background including temperature/pressure controls, strain gauges/load cells, signal conditioners, and lasers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Competent with PLC programming, control panel layout, and construction.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot existing PLC's, HMIs, motor drives, electronic circuits, electro-mechanical systems, PID controllers, and electronic sensors of all types.
• Ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment; prepare operating and training manuals.
• Train maintenance staff to service critical electronic components.
• Monitor and adjust, as necessary, any equipment validating product.

Qualifications
