Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products in Orangeburg, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced electronics engineer to develop control, data acquisition, and signal processing systems for our polymer extrusion operations. You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drivers, and sensors to ensure reliable manufacturing performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical/electronics, strong process control knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in the electrical and electronics field.
  • Strong process control background, including temperature and pressure controls, strain gages/load cells, signal conditioners, and lasers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Competent with PLC programming, control panel layout, and construction.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Flexible and open‑minded to assist and perform any task as required by management, not limited to the above criteria listed.
