Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and 1–2 years experience.
• Ability to interpret manuals, maintenance instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic geometry/algebra to calculate volumes, areas, proportions.
• Effective communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update system layouts for projects including PLM releases and cable trays.
• Ensure all necessary equipment for system construction is integrated into the layout.
• Participate in Open Issues Meetings while providing current layout plots.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify equipment placement.
• Communicate layout modifications to the broader team.
• Facilitate reach studies by distributing preliminary layouts to the simulation department.
• Incorporate robot stops and placement data from simulation teams.
• Manage equipment placement through the PLM system.
• Deliver installation documentation to the customer.
• Maintain compliance with CAD standards and safety regulations.
• Verify system placement at customer and supplier sites through field inspections.
