Starbucks seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to design and deliver scalable technology solutions, partnering across IT and the business to define requirements and build user-centric systems. Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, productivity, SaaS, or digital workplace technologies in a large global environment.
• Experience administering collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Slack, Miro, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of collaboration platform governance, administration, access controls, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating partner needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience providing Tier III support, troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS licensing, utilization, vendor relationships, and software asset governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Overview

Now Brewing – Systems Analysts (Advanced)! Starbucks is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver and sustain technology and process solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will partner across IT and the business to define requirements, design user-centric solutions, configure and test systems, and support critical production environments—driving alignment and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading data conversion and advanced query/reporting for operational insights.
• Demonstrated success coaching/mentoring analysts and influencing alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
