Job summary

Magnificent Differences Consulting, LLC seeks a Surgical Recovery Technician II to support tissue recovery for transplantation. You will work on a surgical recovery team, serving as circulator or cutter, and ensure proper documentation, packaging, and donor reconstruction.

The role requires CST certification, 2 years of surgical/critical care experience, and the ability to handle human cadavers with strict aseptic standards. On-site Texas operations and on-call shifts are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CST certification is mandatory.
• Two years of surgical or critical care experience, or related coursework, is required.

Responsibilities

• Recover tissue for transplantation using aseptic techniques.
• Package and label recovered tissue aseptically.
• Reconstruct the donor following tissue recovery.
• Circulate during surgeries, manage sterile supplies and flow.
• Respond to on-call callouts within required response times.
• Complete recovery documentation per cGTP and cGMP.
