Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks an experienced Surgical Technologist to support complex surgical procedures in the operating room. You will act as a clinical resource, educator, and mentor, ensuring sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient safety throughout the procedure.

Role requires 2+ years of experience, appropriate certifications, and ability to collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Surgical Technologist experience required.
• Two years of surgical technologist experience in designated specialty to acquire expertise.
• Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent certification.
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology and operative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level surgical technology support for complex procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource, educator, and mentor within the operating room.
• Assist the Surgeon, RN, and Anesthesiologist and maintain patient safety.
