Providence Facey Medical Foundation's Endoscopy Center in Mission Hills, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. You will serve as a role model for the care team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and policies while supporting management in daily operations.

The successful candidate has graduated from an accredited nursing program, holds a California RN license, and has BLS/ACLS certifications.

Description

Provides professional patient care for all patients following established standards and practices. Serves as a role model for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and LVNs by providing leadership which fosters positive attitudes and change, as well as supports management policies and procedures. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Assists in the organization and daily function of the procedure room in accordance with established federal, state and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures. Assists in overseeing patient care activities in the pre-procedure, procedure and recovery areas and maintains a high standard of safety for the patient and other staff members.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
