Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years pharmacy technician experience required.
• Active national Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
• Active registration with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Manage inventory, prescriptions, and billing for high-cost/specialty meds.
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support; handle calls and referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and coordinators to ensure compliance and patient access.
