Jiffy Lube / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is seeking an Advanced Automotive Technician to perform high‑level maintenance and repairs, cross-training across all roles to increase skills, versatility, and earning potential. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship, following manufacturer guidelines, and participating in on-site and online training, with opportunities for growth within the team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Willingness to grow through continuous training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service.
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries.
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
• Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and e-learning training.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
• Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top-quality workmanship and satisfaction.
