Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) seeks an Advanced Automotive Technician to perform high‑level maintenance and repairs, cross‑trained across roles to boost versatility and earning potential.

You’ll deliver unbiased service recommendations, ensure safety, and handle major systems work while staying compliant with OSHA and company standards. Training and advancement are available in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service experience.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Willingness to grow through continuous training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
• ASE certification is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on findings and guidelines.
• Deliver efficient, safety‑focused customer service.
• Perform advanced automotive services across engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries.
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes and fluid checks.
• Maintain records for customers, services, and inventory.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Participate in on‑site and e‑learning training.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain a safe, OSHA‑compliant work environment.
• Cross‑train across multiple roles to increase earning potential.

Position: Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist / Advanced Specialist)

Our Advanced Specialists perform high‑level maintenance and repair services that keep customers confident in the safety and performance of their vehicles.
You’ll be cross‑trained across all roles, giving you more skills, more versatility, and more earning potential.

What You’ll Do (High‑Impact Responsibilities)

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
• Deliver efficient, safety‑focused customer service
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations
• Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and e‑learning training
• Support marketing events and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records
• Assist with stocking and inventory management
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance
• Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top‑quality workmanship and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong commitment to safety procedures
• Willingness to grow through continuous training
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
