Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical training.
• 2–5 years of experience in a healthcare imaging setting.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or RT(VS) / RVS certification required.
• Experience across inpatient, outpatient and emergency imaging settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex sonographic exams across abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, MSK and small parts.
• Review orders, verify patient identity, obtain clinical history for imaging.
• Optimize imaging parameters to yield diagnostic-quality images.
• Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures with sterile technique.
• Educate patients and families, provide reassurance and support.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment and infection control.
