Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• 5+ years of experience developing software applications, embedded software, or firmware.
• 3+ years of experience programming in Rust and/or C/C++.
• 3+ years of experience developing software for embedded platforms or resource-constrained environments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting software integration, testing, debugging, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for embedded cryptographic and space-based systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, verification, and deployment.
• Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and cybersecurity teams to integrate software into embedded platforms.
• Support software troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and system validation activities.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing software applications, embedded software, or firmware solutions.
• 3+ years of experience programming in Rust and/or C/C++.
• 3+ years of experience developing software for embedded platforms or resource‑constrained environments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting software integration, testing, debugging, and verification activities.

• Schedule: Flexible work schedules available, including the potential for a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
