Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Two years of healthcare simulation experience or two years in AV/IT/theatre/related discipline.
• CHSOS certification within three years.
• Relocation/willingness to obtain CHSOS if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex simulation, audiovisual, and IT technologies for courses and events.
• Lead local simulation course delivery and support educators.
• Configure and operate simulation systems to ensure reliable, high‑quality experiences.
• Maintain equipment; perform routine maintenance and vendor-supported repairs.
• Ensure safety and learner-centered environments during simulations.
