Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a State Inspection License.
• Strong ethics and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and ability to document repairs accurately.
• Experience documenting repairs and communicating with service team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Thoroughly examine vehicles to identify issues and perform precise repairs.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Shop Foreman and Service Advisors to plan work and provide accurate labor estimates.
• Clear Communication: Keep the service team informed on repair progress and any additional maintenance needs discovered.
• Technical Mastery: Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend training to keep skills sharp.
• Mentorship: Help develop technician trainees by sharing expertise.
• Compliance & Care: Adhere to dealership policies and environmental/safety regulations for waste disposal.
