Job summary

Signal is seeking an Advanced Dedicated Officer to perform static security for courtyards, offices, pools and high-value areas, ensuring access points are secured and property is protected with meticulous attention to safety. The role may include mentoring teammates and following site post orders.

Responsibilities include producing accurate shift reports, maintaining uniforms, and coaching peers to deescalate issues while coordinating with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to meet service benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct, deliver, and lead various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values and meet site post orders.
• Write and train detailed reports using company tech and app-based software during each shift.
• Uphold proper uniform following franchise dress code and appearance standards.
• Arrive on time, meet time commitments, and follow dress code and expectations.
• Interact with clients and team to cultivate a customer-centric attitude and peace of mind.
• Coach and deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Provide updates and accountability around position and standards to the team.
• Care for Signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, devices) during shifts.
• Manage daily activities to meet Branch Patrol Supervisor benchmarks.
• Receive information from Branch Patrol Supervisor Daily Scrum about client needs and post orders.
