Job summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment in Houston, TX seeks experienced riggers to join our team. The role involves driving, rigging, and hoisting cranes to job sites, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Candidates must hold NCCCO or NCCER certification, a Class A CDL, and at least two years of CDL driving experience, plus one year rigging cranes. We offer competitive pay and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• NCCCO or NCCER certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Class A CDL is required to drive commercial vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year prior experience rigging cranes or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive tractor-trailer to transport cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Properly secure equipment to the trailer for preparation for hauling.
• Utilize proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of the load.
• Connects pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures with bolts, shackles, and clamps.
• Dismantles, maintains and stores rigging equipment.
• Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability before engaging in hoisting and lifting.
