Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Woburn, MA seeks an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to back engineering, execute advanced test methodologies, and ensure quality and reliability of aerospace products. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work on-site under a 9/80 schedule.

You’ll analyze test data, uphold specifications, and help drive continuous improvement that strengthens safety and performance of Honeywell’s aerospace solutions.

Qualifications

• 20+ years RF engineering experience in aerospace/defense
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support engineering on new product integration and test set development
• Troubleshoot, test, and tune hybrid microwave assemblies
• Guide manufacturing test technicians on RF testing processes
• Perform RF characterization of MMIC/semiconductor devices
• Set up, calibrate, and run RF test systems and on-wafer probe testing
• Independently troubleshoot RF circuits
• Manage laboratory operations, test databases and calibration records
• Train technicians in RF tuning techniques
