The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts, proven sales ability, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires working knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to effectively manage store operations and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
