Job summary

Hope Network is seeking an Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) to provide direct support, supervision, and person-centered care in Grandview - Alpine Grove. The role focuses on helping residents develop daily living skills and independence within a supportive environment.

The ARI will assist with ADLs, medications, outings, and community activities while modeling positive behavior and ensuring safety and structure in the residence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints required.
• CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
