CrowdStrike is seeking a software engineer to help build and maintain cloud services within the Advanced Research team. You will work with Security, Data Science, Engineering, and Visualization experts to solve security challenges and create scalable solutions.

The role offers remote-first flexibility, collaboration across disciplines, mentoring opportunities, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a fast-growing cybersecurity platform.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Scala, Go or Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability and RESTful patterns.
• Experience building and scaling services in production.
• CI/CD tools experience (Jenkins/Bamboo).
• Experience with major cloud provider APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance distributed cloud services.

• Ensure Falcon platform integrations and healthy service operation.
