Overlake Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our private rheumatology practice and infusion center in Bellevue, WA. After training, expect 4 days in clinic and 1 day of Telehealth per week.

You will obtain histories, perform exams, develop treatment plans, order tests, prescribe meds, and educate patients while collaborating with a skilled medical team in a modern outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Ability to obtain Washington State licensure.
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Evaluate, interpret, and manage patient care under physician supervision.
• Develop, adjust, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Conduct infusion suite follow-up visits, providing patient education and reassurance.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, billing documentation, and other required records.

About the Role

Overlake Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing private rheumatology practice and state-of-the-art infusion center.

As we expand to multiple locations, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced, collaborative medical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in an innovative outpatient setting.

After completing training, this position includes 4 days in clinic and 1 day of Telehealth per week.

• Rheumatology or specialty practice experience
• Primary Care experience is also welcome

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable seeing a minimum of 21 patients per day, with a goal of 24 patients daily
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA and OSHA compliance requirements
