Job summary

Kendrick Plastics is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality planning and validation for new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans to ensure customer requirements are met with world-class quality.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, corrective actions using quality tools, supporting supplier quality, and ensuring IATF 16949 compliance while collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements preferred.

About the Role
