Job summary

Beatlie School is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Pupil Support Worker to join the team. The post supports pupils with profound, severe and complex needs aged 3–18, within the Beatlie catchment area of West Lothian Council.

The role is part-time (27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year) and fixed term until 15 August 2027. Applicants should be prepared to work closely with Allied Health Professionals to provide medical and educational support, with training provided to ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• Requires SVQ level 2 or equivalent within a 5-year period.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced pupil learning for pupils with profound, severe and complex needs.
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals to ensure medical and educational support for pupils.
• Contribute to a child-centred, engaging and multi-sensory learning environment.
