Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to observe patient behavior, document observations, and report to supervising R.N.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and document patient behavior.
• Assist with admission of new patients and orient them to facility policies.
• Escort patients to appointments and activities while ensuring safety.
• Facilitate group activities and therapeutic milieu.
• Support treatment planning and discharge planning in collaboration with the care team.
