Job summary

The Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) is recruiting Psychiatric Care Technician-Advanced (PCT-A) positions in Oshkosh area. Evening and night shifts are available (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm and 10:15 pm to 6:15 am).

You will help supervise residents, implement care plans, and support safety in a 24/7, secure facility. A 9-week pre-service training is required; benefits include 3.5 weeks vacation, 9 holidays, health plans, a strong pension with employer match, and access to flexible spending accounts and

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 16 hours per day and more than 40 hours per week.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal information.
• Must have valid driver's license and two years driving experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background checks and medical tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the facility and residents.
• Promote respectful behavior and supervise transfers.
