MOOV Health and Wellness in Carmel, IN is seeking an Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver physician-guided wellness services. The role emphasizes personalized plans, health assessments, and chronic condition management within a multidisciplinary team.

The position involves weekend rotation and holiday coverage, with providers supported by on-site physicians. Qualified candidates have NP or PA licensure, BLS/DEA/ national certification, and expertise in IV placement, with optional aesthetics

The Opportunity

• Join our commitment to providing care at MOOV Health and Wellness in Los Angeles. Aging isn't a barrier - it's an opportunity to rise to new heights of physical, mental and emotional strength. We design personalized plans with pioneering solutions to build a foundation for lasting vitality.
• Provide high-quality healthcare services with a primary focus on health and wellness promotion. Deliver personalized wellness plans, conduct health assessments, perform routine screenings, manage chronic conditions, and guide patients toward optimal health.
• Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open on all Holidays.
• Available to work every other weekend and some holidays.
• Single-provider coverage and physician(s) available by phone.
• Physician at location on most Sundays.
• We are expanding and growing and we are moving to our new location after the New Year! We are looking for like-minded team members focused on building a work environment that focuses on collaboration and exceptional client/patient care experience.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• BLS, DEA, and National Certification required.
• Expert in IV placement.
• Create curated treatment plans for patients that encompass both conventional and non-conventional medical modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and treatment plans for clients.
• Develop personalized weight loss plans, including dietary recommendations, exercise regimen, and behavior modification strategies, including prescribing and administering weight loss medications and injections.
• Experience in the following is a plus but site is willing to train: aesthetics including Botox, microneedling, fillers, and laser treatment modalities.
