Responsibilities
  • Variance analysis, data review, reporting, Earned Value (EV), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and latest revised estimate (LRE) development.
  • Internal financial planning including bookings, sales, profit, cash forecasting, and contract funding management.
  • Program startup, contract modification processing, project setup, and NWA management.
  • Risk identification related to cost and schedule, with proactive financial analysis.
  • Supporting proposal activities such as creating BOEs and gate packages.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and program performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with tools like SAP, APEX, PRISM, RPlan, and AO Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence within a matrix organization.
  • Independent work ethic, team collaboration, mentorship skills, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Raytheon financial policies and excellent communication skills.
