Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to hand-solder, assemble components and inspect to quality standards.
• Knowledge of electrical, electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems and principles of operation.
• Ability to recognize problems in the operation process and communicate them to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering and manual assembly; set up and operate assembly equipment; perform basic maintenance on tools.
• Move between operations/products as schedule dictates.
• Inspect product using visual, automated and mechanical inspection procedures.
• Use diagnostic programs for electronic testing and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and communicate issues to Team Leader.
• Maintain detailed records and support continuous improvement.
