Responsibilities
Responsible for customer requirement communication, requirement analysis, initial concept design, and customer project progress tracking.
Responsible for the design of battery packs and modules by using the V-shaped development mode.
Lead the technical risk assessment of the pack project, also be responsible for battery requirements define, decompose and distribution; lead the pack SFMEA DFMEA and technical review; follow up on the production verification.
Act as the technical window in North America, collaborating with the marketing department on technical communication and new technology release, and collecting feedback from customers and the market.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in related fields such as electronics, mechanics, vehicle engineering, chemistry/electrochemistry.
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the EV industry or battery development, with work experience directly related to customers.
Familiar with electrical principles, and possess at least one skill in mechanical/thermal design/simulation, battery design, or entire vehicle applications; familiar with CAD tools and office software.
Strong learning ability, innovative spirit, clear logic, and strong language expression and coordination skills.
English as the working language.
