Job Description
You will be the Advanced Processor Electronics Design Lead for our Advanced Processor design team, responsible for leading a cross-functional hardware team throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our team is responsible for designing and developing innovative processor solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As the Advanced Processor Electronics Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of hardware engineers, including precision mechanical design, electrical engineers, structural and thermal analysts, electromechanical designers, components engineering, and materials engineering. This position is in Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Desired skills
• Experience with EO/IR sensors and/or optical systems are highly desirable.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting efforts and priorities is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting product in a production environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with lab and flight integration and test support is desirable.
• Experience on SAR programs/contracts is a plus.
• CAM experience/training is a plus.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
