Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Process Analytics Co-op within the MSAT PSMD team in Titusville, NJ. You will develop spectroscopy-based modeling and analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturing and contribute to scalable software solutions.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a PhD program in Chemical/Biochemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering or related fields, with strong Python skills and experience in multivariate analysis and software engineering, including Git and testing.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD program in Chemical, Biochemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, or data-related fields.
• Strong Python skills required.
• Experience with multivariate analysis and software engineering (Git, testing).
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with PAT techniques like Raman spectroscopy (nice to have).
• Bioprocess development exposure (nice to have).
• CI/CD workflows and large dataset management are advantageous.
