Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in wound and hyperbaric medicine to join our team on a PRN basis. The role covers Salt Lake Valley locations including Murray, Park City/Heber City or Utah County, with clinics open 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

You will provide wound care and hyperbaric services and support coverage when colleagues are on vacation or CME. You will hold APRN or PA-C degree, board certification or eligibility, Utah license, full prescriptive authority and

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Utah license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and a DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

• Provide wound care and hyperbaric medicine services.
