Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for the Trauma service. You will assess critically injured patients, develop and adjust treatments in collaboration with attending physicians.
The role emphasizes bedside procedures, coordination of care with surgeons and critical care teams, and ongoing documentation in EMRs. Must have a Master's degree, NJ license, BLS, and CDS/DEA; salary is disclosed as an hourly range.

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Trauma
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trauma, emergency medicine, surgery or critical care settings preferred. Experience in performing advanced procedures in the ICU or trauma unit is highly desirable.
Master's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required
Board certification Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care certification or Board certification as Physician Assistant; Active New Jersey License; American Heart Association BLS and CDS/DEA
