Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Transitional Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for the North Shiloh Clinic in Billings, MT. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive compensation and a relocation incentive up to $7,500.

You will collaborate with other providers to deliver high-quality transitional care at the clinic and affiliated skilled nursing facilities, ensuring excellent patient experience and seamless care transitions for

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or APRN.
• Certification as PA or NP; credentialing required.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch care and patient experience at North Shiloh Clinic and skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate transitional care.
• Participate in shift M–F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in our Transitional Care practice, you'll work collaboratively with additional providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience at our North Shiloh Clinic and other skilled nursing facilities within the Billings, MT community.

Competitive Compensation.

Incentives: Up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable).

Hours/Shift: M – F, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
