Job summary

The Center for Sleep Medicine in Libertyville, IL is actively seeking a full-time APP (NP or PA-C) to join our team. In collaboration with the sleep physicians, this position covers all aspects of assessment and treatment for sleep disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.

The APP is part of a multidisciplinary team and will work with physicians, other APPs, psychologists, dentists and sleep technologists.

Qualifications

• Assess and treat sleep complaints including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
• Collaborate with sleep physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate strong patient communication and care coordination within the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat sleep disorders in collaboration with physicians.
• Work within a team including APPs, physicians, psychologists, dentists and sleep technologists.
• Maintain hours Mon–Thu 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; no weekends or on-call.

Job description

The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM accredited, 100% employee-owned sleep center currently seeking a full-time APP (NP or PA-C) to join our team at our Libertyville, IL clinic.

In collaboration with the sleep physicians, this position involves all aspects of the assessment and treatment of patients presenting with sleep complaints including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep conditions.

The APP is part of a team that includes physicians, other APP’s, psychologists, dentists, and sleep technologists.

Office hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (no weekends or call).

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 yearly (commensurate with experience)

Experience in Sleep Medicine is not required.

Requirements:

Valid IL NP License or PA-C (must have the physical license in hand - cannot be pending with the state or under review).

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting. In accordance with applicable law, actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and other job-related qualifications or skills.
