Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN or PA-C required; successful completion of practitioner training and certification.
• Minimum three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic, plus one year NP/PA experience preferred.
• Current state RN license and ARNP/PA license with prescriptive authority; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care within a team-based model alongside physicians and clinicians.
• Assess, diagnose, prescribe, treat, and educate patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with appropriate documentation.
• Educate patients on health promotion and preventive care.
• Participate in peer reviews, quality assurance, and clinical guidelines development.
