Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking an experienced NP/PA for full-time clinic care. You will perform physical exams, manage acute and chronic needs, and collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care guided by established standards and policies.

The role requires certification as a nurse practitioner, RN competencies, and the ability to interpret data and communicate effectively with patients and teams. This is a patient-facing on-site position with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA/APRN program.
• Maintain RN competencies as designated by Federal and State organizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a complete physical exam and record findings.
• Order appropriate laboratory diagnostic procedures.
• Administer medications and injections according to physician direction.
• Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients.
• Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation.
• Maintain and review patient records and test results.
• Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs.
