Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited PA/APRN program.
• RN competencies must be maintained per policy.
• Ability to interpret scientific/technical information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and document findings in collaboration with physicians.
• Interpret and integrate data to guide diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Order appropriate lab tests and manage medications/injections as directed.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain patient records and follow up on test results and care plans.
• Triage calls and provide clinical consultation; manage medical emergencies as needed.
• Ensure care aligns with Stormont Vail HealthCare policies and nursing practice acts.
