Qualifications

• State licensed PA or NP eligible for MO/KS license.
• 1–2 years clinic experience preferred.
• Able to interpret physician orders and provide patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outpatient patient care and provide seamless continuum of care.
• Collaborate with supervising physician on patient care.
• Streamline communications with referring physicians both internal and external to Sano.
• Take health histories and perform physical examinations in clinical area.
• Thoroughly documenting visits and creating patient care plans.
• Order laboratory tests and interpret results.
• Prescribe medicine and other treatments as appropriate.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours coverage.
• Attend mandatory staff and clinical meetings.
