Job Details

• 0.6 FTE position, weekdays
• Autonomous and collaborative provider serving as a "float" across Community Health Network hospitals (Community Hospitals North, East, South, Community Heart & Vascular, Community Howard Regional, and Community Hospital Anderson) to deliver palliative and health care services.
• Focus on comfort measures, end‑of‑life care, symptom management, and assistance with consults and new admissions.
• Flexibility to travel between hospitals in Indianapolis.
